Cohen, who is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese Italian, and French, is responsible for leisure sales in areas covering the U.S., Mexico, Central America, South America, Spain and Portugal for the 2,265-room resort. She brings more than 25 years of hotel industry experience with her, having previously spent time with Sonesta International Hotels and Hilton Hotels Corporation. Cohen holds a degree from the University of Miami. |
