Sheraton Hotel: For providing an amenity that will bring new conventions to downtown Denver and elevate the experience of visitors to the city. Spire: For providing both attainable and sustainable housing along 14th Street while introducing a new demographic of residents to downtown. SportAccord: For helping position Denver as a world-class city with the ability to host national and international sporting events. |
